Missing Link (ミッシングリンク Misshingu Rinku), occasionally styled Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers: Missing Link (戦え! 超ロボット生命体 トランスフォーマー ミッシングリンク Tatakae! Chō Robotto Seimeitai Toransufōmā Misshingu Rinku), is a 2024 reissue-adjacent TakaraTomy toyline that commemorates the 40th anniversary of the Transformers brand with 1:1 recreations of original Generation 1 toys re-engineered from the ground up with top-of-the-line contemporary articulation, paintwork, and accessories. The line also features all-new packaging illustrations from original Generation 1 artists Shin Ueda & Hidetsugu Yoshioka.

    Notes

    • Missing Link's ID number schema plays into the theme: the numbering system of the original Japanese toyline restarted in its second year beginning with "C-50" (Cybertron #50) for Autobots and "D-50" (Destron #50) for Decepticons. This leaves C-01 to C-49 and D-01 to D-49 "missing," thus Missing Link starting with C-01.
