Lunabot

- Lunabots are a sub-group of the astro class from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Lunabots serve primarily as transport between Cybertron and Luna 2.

The Functionist Universe
In an alternate timeline, the ruling Functionist Council had allegedly come to an agreement with the Black Box Consortia after two million years of conflict, by selling Luna 2 to them. As a result, the Lunabots no longer served a purpose and they were recalled, though some of their number managed to survive their obsolescence chip detonating. One was later discovered and killed by the Functionaries in front of Minimus Ambus and Rewind while trying to escape the planet at a spaceport. The Custom-Made Now
Some of the survivors joined up with the Anti-Vocationist League. Two of them joined Clicker in an attempt to rescue several other Anti-Vocationists (and, as it happened, the dimensionally displaced Rodimus and his crew) who had been captured by Twelve-of-Twelve and his Functionaries. They weren't able to put up much of a fight, however, one of them getting blasted by Twelve-of-Twelve. Anomie
After Team Rodimus had rescued their hapless rescuers and followed them back to Adaptica, two Lunabots showed Megatron and Ratchet AVL members who had removed their optics as a form of protest given the Council implanting cameras in them. A World Misplaced
Following Adaptica being attacked by the reconfigured Luna 2, Megatron took command of the AVL. When he gave a speech beneath Nova Point, a Lunabot was in attendance. This Machine Kills Fascists
Centuries later, a Lunabot served as a crew member on Megatron's Last Light, boarding the Lost Light for a group brainstorming session on how to defeat the Functionist Council's avatar of Primus. The Unremembering

Energon
- Jetfire (Mega, 2004)
- Japanese ID number: SC-05
- Accessories: Spring-loaded missile launcher and 1 missile
- Jetfire transforms into a white and red futuristic space shuttle and has the ability to combine with most other Autobot Deluxe and Mega Energon toys. He features an electronic transforming sound effect that activates when another Autobot combines with him.
- The Japanese version of this toy does not feature any of the electronics, uses red translucent plastic in place of orange, and has a sticker covering the now-absent battery compartment.
