- Lightbright is an Autobot from the Animated continuity family.
Lightbright is a search and rescue 'bot who transforms into a dual-purpose hovercraft/submersible. She draws her name from the powerful light emitters that aid her in scouring low lit areas for Autobots in need and lost items of importance. She is evidently quite charming.[1]

- Lightbright's appearance in "Decepticon Air" was excised when the episode was cropped to standard definition. However, her presence in the episode was revealed when it was later broadcast in wide-format HD on The Hub.
- She might take her name from Hasbro's Lite-Brite product, albeit with better spelling.
- Lightbright was designed by Animated color stylist Claire Lenth.
