- 2010 — An Animated promotional campaign centered around Starscream's clones begins in Japan. Various retail outlets offer clear versions of EZ Collection Ramjet, Skywarp, Sunstorm, and Thundercracker by purchasing 3,000 yen's worth of product or by purchasing Ultra Magnus, with exact circumstances varying by figure and store. A fifth figure in the promotion, Starscream Clone Black Version, will be offered August 6.
