Hydrophant is an Energy Beast from Wild King.

Timid and kind-hearted, Hydrophant (ハイドロファント Haidorofanto) doesn't believe in himself much, but his friends know he has incredible power hidden within. It's up to the elephant to build courage to draw out that strength.

Possessing Aqua Energy that gives power over water, Hydrophant is an Energy Beast that can undergo wildocking with an Energy Master.

Hydrophant was a friend of Lightlong's, and the two were awaiting news from Drillnohorn for a while to no avail. He reunited with the giraffe at a cave, and was overjoyed when his friend had found the the legendary hero of yore. What he wasn't happy about, however, was that a war with the Dinosaur Tribe has erupted (he's scared of fighting), which sent him into a meltdown that nearly destroyed the cave he was in before running off, his stampede only being stopped when Spirituan stopped it with an Earth Defense. The Spinosaurus also nearly hurt him if not for Optimus intercepting the hit in time, and the Autobot leader attempted to pep talk Hydrophant to stand up for himself. The Kindhearted Hydrophant Hydrophant stuck around to see Optimus' duel with Ignite Leo, seeing the Energy Master get put on the brink of defeat even with Lightlong Wildocked onto him. This caused him to finally snap, assuming his robot mode to blast Ignite Leo with water, before vowing that while he didn't like to fight, he would make a stand to protect what's important to him. Having forged a bond with the Autobot Leader, he Wildocked with Lightning Optimus into Lightning Aqua Optimus, and their combined might's electrically charged stream of water proved more than enough to down Ignite Leo. Part of the first wave of TakaraTomy's Wild King toyline, Hydrophant transforms into a robotic elephant with posable tusk-cannons and ears, which is awesome. A portion of his beast mode back detaches to form a battle axe. The two tusk-cannons can be removed from his elephant head and held, due to being 5 mm posts. The trunk can also be removed from the elephant head. He also has a water-themed "Aqua Energy" breastplate, which can be detached and re-attached to one of the four ports on the chest of the Energy Master torso, forming part of a large elemental "X".

He can also transform into an arm or a leg extension for any Energy Master toy.

He shares several "core" parts with other Energy Beasts: he has the same torso and thighs as the other three in the wave, and shares the biceps and hindlegs/shins with Abyssrain, Drillnohorn, and Leafback.
