Hellwarp is a Decepticon from the Cloud continuity.

Skywarp (スカイワープ Sukaiwāpu) was a Decepticon who resided in Cloud World's Underground. He could teleport over short distances, though this ability used up a lot of energy.

After suffering heavy damage, he was evolved into a new body by Megatron and became Hellwarp (ヘルワープ Heruwāpu). In this form he is more aggressive and ferocious than he ever was as Skywarp, though no one knows if this is a side effect of his forced evolution or actually his true nature, which he'd previously suppressed. Armed with the Hellwinder arm-cannon and an upgraded teleportation ability that lets him warp continuously without worrying about energy consumption, Hellwarp is a much more menacing warrior than his past self.

Skywarp was among the denizens of the Underground who were riled up by Megatron to become Decepticons in rebellion against the Autobots of Metropolis. He soon participated in battles against them for control of SARA. TFC-A01

Part of the TakaraTomy Generations line, Skywarp is a redeco of Fall of Cybertron Starscream, and transforms into a Cybertronian jet fighter. His color layout is based on that seen in War for Cybertron promotional material, with purple wings, although much of the black is replaced with a dark metallic gray.

Skywarp comes with two spinning, triple-barreled "assault cannons" which can combine to form a larger hand-held weapon that is geared to spin its two triple-barrels together, and resembles the Neutron assault rifle from Fall of Cybertron. Each of the weapon halves features two 5 mm posts, as well as a peg-hole on their hollow sides, while the combined form features another peg-hole at the top, but makes the peg-holes on the hollow sides inaccessible. Skywarp features numerous 5 mm peg-holes, such as his hands, forearms, lower legs, and wing undersides. Additionally, his tail-fin is attached via a 5mm post on its underside, and can be detached to reveal three additional peg-holes, with two of these peg-holes being just the right distance to accommodate the two pegs found on the underside of the combined assault cannons/rifle, with the tail-fin pegging on the rifle's top peg-hole. This allows the weapon to mount on top of the vehicle mode, and store on his back in robot mode.

This mold was later used for Thrilling 30 Thundercracker.

Cloud Hellwarp is a black, purple and grey redeco of Generations Voyager Class Sky-Byte as a both roundabout and direct homage to Beast Wars II Hellscream. He transforms into a bio-mechanical great white shark and is armed with a gear-activated spinning claw weapon that can fire a missile. His beast mode articulation consists of an opening mouth and a tail that moves up and down. There is a hexagonal peghole underneath him which is compatible with some collector display stands. As with the rest of the Cloud Decepticons, Hellwarp is an e-HOBBY exclusive.

Notes

• Hellwarp is a redeco of Generations Sky-Byte, whose original toy was a redeco of Beast Wars Transmetal 2 Cybershark, transforming into a cyborg shark. Cybershark's previous (non-Transmetal 2) toy was retooled into a cyborg shark to make Beast Wars Hellscream. We've come full circle or something.
• More directly, Hellscream is a cyborg shark bearing a Generation 1 Seeker's name whose first morpheme is replaced with "Hell", and so is Hellwarp.
