Applejack is a pony from the land of Equestria. The honest and hard-working pride of the Apple family, she spends most of her time tending to the orchards at her home of Sweet Apple Acres. Years of farmwork have made her strong and resilient, able to knock every apple from a tree at once with a single buck of her hind legs.

Following the arrival of the Transformers in Equestria, Applejack was part of the crowd for a race between Autobots and Wonderbolts. The Flyin' Fox Trot

When she later returned to Sweet Apple Acres, Applejack found her home being eaten by the Insecticons. After failed attempts to swat them off, Applejack consulted "101 Ways to Git 'Em Good" whereupon Discord popped up and summoned the rest of the Apple clan to aid her. Though the family gave a good account of themselves, victory only came when Auntie Applesauce accidentally deflected one of Bombshell's cerebro-shells back onto him. Forced to obey her frightened cries to leave her alone, Bombshell led his forces away. Strength in Numbers

When the Decepticon/changeling alliance invaded the Crystal Empire, Applejack was part of the force rallied to defend it until Optimus Prime and Twilight Sparkle managed to banish them back to Cybertron. Finale

Some time later, the Mane Six visited Las Pegasus for a concert and came into conflict with the Seekers who were stealing magical artifacts. Following the thieves, the ponies found themselves on Cybertron and accidentally unleashed King Sombra on the metallic planet who immediately enthralled several ponies and Decepticons. When the Autobots arrived, Applejack vocally told Shockwave to swallow his pride and work with the Autobots, shoving him into a hug with Optimus Prime. The Magic of Cybertron

Exploring Cybertron, Applejack found herself lost in its deserts, being guided out by the Decepticon Wildwheel. One-Trick Pony

After Rarity and Ratchet had discovered how to free Sombra's minions, The Beauty of Cybertron Applejack was given a transformable exosuit so she could harness the power of friendship into a weapon, turning into a hammer for Arcee. After preventing Sombra from getting control of Scorponok, the Equestrians returned home, taking Sombra as a prisoner, with the possibility of an official trade alliance between Cybertron and Equestria.
