My name is 24K and I'm here to say!
Starting a rap like this is super cliche!

A celebrity among the Arcade Renegades, 24K-Bit is a solid gold rapper who brings the bling and raucous rhymes, while racking up huge scores on any machine he plays. And he's always happy to spread the good times by gifting his fellow BotBots as many free plays as they like.

Now... who's ready to par-TAY?! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!

24K-Bit! The golden token who makes it rain free games!! Now who's down for another?!

24K-Bit was among the many, many BotBots out partying the night Burgertron found himself in the mall's Lost and Found. Mall Than Meets the Eye One of the few in the mall to not reject the Lost Bots, 24K used his mighty power to grant unlimited games to help the outcasts play whatever they wanted at the arcade. When Kikmee was drawn to the lure of the disused claw machine, instead of Burgertron's suggestion of going on a quest, 24K obligingly set her up, since that's what he does, daddio. However, Kikmee's determination and mad skills came up against the machine's design making it nigh-impossible for her to win. 24K dropped this knowledge on her, and how her chances of winning were approximately slim-to-zip, but this only fired her up more, and she ordered 24K back into the slot. Kikmee continued to lose, leading 24K to suggest she maybe take a metal health break, which was rejected (wa-hoo). In the end, Kikmee did in fact win the snake, and she, 24K and the other Lost Bots used it to rescue Burgertron and Dimlit from a pit of sprinkles in the abandoned Italian kitchen next door. When the whole place began to fall down, 24K who suggested they all skedaddle. As the Lost Bots went over their gains from the night's adventures and headed home, 24K celebrated a satisfying conclusion. Oh, yeah! The Lost Bots and the Claw Crusade

Along with all the other BotBots, 24K-Bit attended the Bot Prom, where he showed off his moves on the dance floor, until the flesh being broke containment, ruining the party for everyone. Oh no! On the Bot Prom Dance Floor He was also present to celebrate the seeming lack of night security when Dave was fired, but that all stopped very quickly with the appearance of deadly security bots. Good times de-nied! Shopping Brawl He attended the Goldrush Games, cheering on the competitors, and witnessing the reveal of Spud Muffin's treachery. But it turned out all right in the end (well, not for Spud Muffin) and he joined in on the celebration as the Lost Bots gained recognition as an official squad. Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! The 24K-Bitcoin is sadly not actually worth 24K
  • Arcade Renegades Surprise (16-pack, 2019)
  • Series: 3
  • Level: 3 Stars
Part of the third series of BotBots, 24K-Bit is a redeco of Pucksie, transforming into a golden game token.
He is available in three of the six iterations of the "Arcade Renegades Surprise" 16-pack, found only in one of the eight blindpacked bubbles on the package. The ID code for each arrangement is printed on the back, just to the right of the team art next to Sweet Cheat (appropriate!).
They come in these blindpacked arrangements:
1: 24K-Bit, S'up Dawg, Laceface, Sheriff Sugarfeet, Skillz Punk, Spud Muffin, Sweet Cheat, Tangry Tart
3: 24K-Bit, Chilla Gorilla, Duderoni, Papa Click, Skillz Punk, Spud Muffin, Sweet Cheat, Wrist Banned
6: 24K-Bit, The Fizz, Papa Click, Pixelfin, Sheriff Sugarfeet, Sweet Cheat, Tangry Tart, Wrist Banned
This mold was also used to make Bemyne, Scratchmouth, and Songwave, and was nearly used to make Alda Feelz, but that toy was cancelled.
Assortment #6 is a "recommended minimum buy" for a complete set of Series 3 BotBots.

Notes

  • 24K-Bit is the "example" character used for the "2 MODES" demonstration illustration on the Arcade Renegades' box-front.
  • While 24K-Bit's online bio is a first-person rap lacking gendered pronouns, the cartoon later established the character as male.
  • Writer Alan Denton noted that "we did watch several Duffman clips on Youtube while writing 24K-Bit's lines"[1], referring to the Duff Beer partytime spokesman from The Simpsons. Oh yeah!
  • While it wasn't stated in the show what squad 24K-Bit was a member of, it was later clarified that he was a member of the Arcade Renegades.[2]
  • 24K and Pucksie are (currently) the only "mold-mate" toy characters to appear in the BotBots cartoon. (Not counting the unnamed generics that may or may not be based on toys, of course.)
