Failure Condition
Matterhorn Protocol Checkpoint 01-005: Content is neither marked as Artifact nor tagged as real content.
Suggestion
In the PAC 2 test report, click the error to see the location of the object in the document. In Acrobat Pro, use the Touch Up Reading Order tool to tag the object as the appropriate content type or as an artifact (Background). If the object is content, check the tag in the Tags pane for proper placement in the reading order.
