As I sell my products via marketplaces, please refer to refund policies those websites apply. I adhere to following marketplace policies:

If the reason for refund at Creative Market is not mentioned on Creative Market refund FAQ pages, we apply the same policy as with ThemeForest (please refer to previously mentioned resources).
14 days (no trial)
Besides the refund policies the marketplaces apply (see above) we provide refunds within 14 calendar days since your purchase only.
Also, please understand this is not a guaranteed refund, this is not a trial period!
A refund is guaranteed within 14 days only with a valid reason – check the refund policy of your marketplace as stated above.
By the law, unconditional refunds within 14 days are guaranteed for specific goods only, which exclude downloadable software once it is downloaded, for example. For more information please check the law in your country, or the EU law I adhere to.
After you request a refund, additional 14 days are provided to resolve your refund request. To speed things up, please reply to my subsequent questions in a timely manner. I do my best to resolve any refund request as soon as possible.
If you do not provide any feedback within 14 days since opening a refund request, your refund will be declined, I’m sorry.
Individual approach
I understand every circumstance is different and individual evaluation may be needed. Please adhere to refund rules above at all times. But if you feel a refund is really needed even though you don’t comply, feel free to log a refund request and I will look into your specific issue for fair evaluation.
