Generate Microsoft Teams webhook URL using an existing workflow template
Select an existing channel or establish a new channel within the Microsoft Teams app for your team. Skip to step 2 if you already have a designated channel for notifications.
Go to the Microsoft Teams channel, select > More menu view options, and select Workflows.
Go to Notify a team and select Post to a channel when a webhook request is received.
You can change the connections by authenticating with other Teams accounts. After automatic authentication is successful, select Next
Choose the Microsoft Teams Team and Channel you want to add to the workflow, then select Add workflow. By default, the current channel will be chosen for the workflow.
Once the URL is created, copy the generated URL and select Done. Use this URL to subscribe to the Statuspage.
Configure this webhook URL either in the Statuspage or within the app section of the Statuspage manage portal.
Post this, you’ll start receiving notifications in the designated channel.
Any channel messages using the template above will automatically include a footer. If you want to exclude the footer, you should create a new webhook URL from scratch. To generate an MS Teams webhook URL without using a template, choose 'Anyone (unauthenticated) when selecting who can trigger the flow.
