Situated on a 0.14-acre plot of land, the concrete structure, built in 1950, is fully air-conditioned and features 220-volt power and one grade-level door for loading.

The property is zoned as IT (Industrial Traditional) which allows for such uses as art studios, fabrication, live and work or other small business. It was most recently occupied by 5 Star Gutters, LLC.
The seller, represented by Montana Massa and Michael Heretick with Vector Commercial Real Estate, purchased the property in 2012 for $108,000.

Snell Isle new construction for just under $10 million
Designed by Paragon Waterfront Homes, a brand-new 6,800 square-foot estate at 1075 31st Terrace NE in the Snell Isle neighborhood of St. Petersburg has hit the market with an asking price of $9.8 million.
The two-story residence features five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Inside are 12-foot ceilings on the main level and 10-foot ceilings upstairs, European oak flooring, white oak stairs, custom all-wood cabinetry and travertine and marble walls.

Courtyard Breeze Condos, located at 865 5th Avenue N., St. Petersburg, is up for sale with an asking price of $2.85 million.
The two-story structure, with 22 units, was built in 1958 and comprises 10,822 gross square feet. It is situated on 0.27 acres of land.
More than half of the units have been recently renovated, including new granite countertops, cabinets and vinyl plank flooring, updated bathrooms and a fresh coat of paint.

Redington Beach estate sells
A 1935 estate at 15801 Redington Dr., Redington Beach sold Nov. 17 for $1.95 million – $150,000 below the list price.
The two-story Spanish-style residence, with 3,865 square feet of living space, features a main house with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half-bath, and a one-bedroom, one-bath guest suite located above the 1,009 square-foot three-car garage.
The home, built by the Redington family, is situated on a half-acre parcel that is spread across three plots of land.
The lower level sustained water damage following last year’s hurricanes; the second floor and guest suite were not affected.
Outside is mature landscaping, an in-ground pool and 183 feet of Intracoastal waterfrontage.
The sellers, represented by Wally Whisennant with Coldwell Banker Realty, purchased the property in 2022 for $615,000. The buyer’s agent was a Steller non-member agent.

Disston Plaza funeral home property for sale
Property occupied by DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory, at 3530 49th Street N., St. Petersburg, has listed for $2.9 million.
The 7,889-heated-square-foot retail building sits on a 0.68-acre parcel situated directly across the street from Disston Plaza, anchored by Publix. The sale also includes a separate 0.18-acre vacant lot that can accommodate 56 spaces for parking.
Built in 1968, the structure was recently remodeled, including a new roof in 2022. The property has three access points, from 49th Street N., 36th Avenue N. and 35th Avenue N. and 176 feet of frontage on 49th Street N.

The sale of an 18-unit multi-family property at 105-115 7th Avenue N. in the Historic Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg closed Nov. 14 for $3 million, $700,000 below the original asking price.
The complex is spread across two parcels, each with one two-story structure. The 18 units include four studios, 13 one-bedroom/one-bath and one two-bedroom/one-bath apartments.
105 7th Avenue N. was built in 1956 and provides eight living units across 4,008 heated square feet. It sits on a 0.16-acre plot of land.
115 7th Avenue N. was built in 1960 and is situated on a 0.17-acre land area. It includes 10 living units across 5,667 heated square feet.
The property is a short walk to downtown St. Petersburg, Vinoy Park and the St. Pete Pier.
The seller, Robert I. Green with Greens Land Fund, Inc. acquired the two parcels in 1973 for $77,000. The buyer purchased the property under the registered name Urban Cove Apartments, LLC.
