Get Free Naloxone in MN

Steve Rummler HOPE Network provides free intramuscular (IM) naloxone to Minnesota residents. Pickup a kit from one of our Naloxone Access Points (see map above) or fill out a mail request below.

Naloxone Access Points (NAPs)

We’ve partnered with organizations all over Minnesota to help improve community access to naloxone and fentanyl test strips. These partners, or Naloxone Access Points (NAPs), are open to the public and anyone can stop by and pickup an IM naloxone or fentanyl test strip kit – no questions asked.

How Does it Work?

1. Get Trained

Learn how to administer naloxone. Some of our NAPs offer on-site training. You can also take an SRHN training, then pick up your kit later.

Check our NAP map (above) and choose your preferred pickup site. Make sure to check their hours and any special notes listed under the location info.

3. Pickup Your Kit!

Walk-in and pickup your kit! Some NAPs may store kits behind a desk or another staff-designated area. Just tell a staff member you are there to get a naloxone or fentanyl test strip kit!

If you’re unable to pick up a naloxone kit from one of our Naloxone Access Points (NAPs), SRHN can mail you a free intramuscular (IM) naloxone kit anywhere in Minnesota* ! This form is for individual kit requests, and is limited to Minnesota residents. Organizations requesting multiple kits should contact us directly.

*Some areas, including Greater MN, may be eligible to receive nasal naloxone with the support of current county and state supported funding.
