umm, i did...not persuasive at all...but clearly partisan in origin and execution....this on par with lancet's past DEI and covid 'research'.... the power of its politics/partisanship overshadows the 'integrity' of the purported numbers....to be sure, USAID funds helped save people's lives....the better question, can those monies be better spent and invested for america and americans....? secretary rubio's answer more persuasive than lancet's agitprop....your mileage may vary
