The contract below outlines Stash Themes’ terms of service (“the Agreement”). By downloading, installing, and using Stash Themes’ products and services (“the Services”), you agree and acknowledge that you have read and accept this Agreement in its entirety, and agree to be bound by its terms. These terms of service apply to all users of the Services, including users who have purchased extensions.
Stash Themes software is under the GPLv3 license. When using the Stash Themes and Stash Themes Pro software, you receive all rights granted under the GPL. These Terms of Service do not govern your use of the Tumblr and Stash Themes Pro software, but your services received from Stash Themes Ltd.
These terms govern your use of our online store, our forums, our support and update Services, our template library, and other services that we may provide via the stash-themes.com website.

Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our Services and a 7-day guarantee for our products. If you are unsatisfied with our Services, you may request your money back within that time period and cease using our Services. Free Software you receive under the GPLv3 (like Tumblr themes) shall remain with you under that license.
Refund requests can be sent to us at support@stashfamily.com please include your order number in the subject or email for a quicker response. To ensure a smooth refund process, we kindly ask that you uninstall or switch to a different theme before submitting a refund request. Failure to do so may result in the denial of your request.
Theme purchases made directly on Tumblr.com are handled by Tumblr directly, you can contact them at: https://www.tumblr.com/support
Software Updates & Support Services
Updates are included for free for one year. Support for purchased themes is given up to one year after the purchase date. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license or purchase a new license for the theme you wish to get support for. Please read more about our support.
In any case, we offer no liability, both for our Software and Services, and the use of our website and Software is at your own risk.
Finally, when you use our websites and Services, we may collect some information. These definitions are present in our Privacy Policy.
