A criminal group led by Boss Ororab operated during the reign of the Galactic Empire.^[1] In 3 ABY,^[3] members of the group traveled to the^[1] planet^[4] Jekara aboard a starship. Sometime after^[1] Crimson Dawn's auction for the carbonite-frozen body of Han Solo,^[5] the group's ship remained in space above Jekara, when the rebel pilot Luke Skywalker flew his T-65B X-wing starfighter near the group's vessel. After being informed by a Rodian member of the group about Ororab's desire for a ship of that model, the ship's captain had magna-harpoons fired at the rebel craft. As the group attempted to bring Skywalker's ship into theirs, the group's ship was fired on by the Sith Lord Darth Vader, which allowed the young Jedi-in-training to escape.^[1]
