The Mandalorian 8 is the eighth issue of the canon comic series Star Wars: The Mandalorian. It is an adaptation of the eighth episode of the television series Star Wars: The Mandalorian. The issue was written by Rodney Barnes, illustrated by Georges Jeanty, Dexter Vines, Karl Story, Wayne Faucher, and Rachelle Rosenberg, and published by Marvel Comics on March 1, 2023.

Opening crawl

CHAPTER 8: REDEMPTION
Upon receiving a transmission from Greef Karga proposing a new plan, Mando reconnected with Cara Dune and the Ugnaught Kuiil to assist with the mission: Clear Mando's name with the Bounty Hunters Guild and kill the Client to protect the child. During their long journey across Nevarro, they are attacked by reptivians that greatly injure Greef. After Mando saves him, Greef guiltily reveals he had been planning to kill Mando. Mando then sent Kuiil back to the ship with the child, but the Ugnaught was struck down by stormtroopers. Now Moff Gideon has cornered Mando and the team, demanding they hand over the child….
