"Stowaway" is the eighth episode of the animated shorts series Star Wars Blips. It was first released September 1, 2017 during the Force Friday on the official Star Wars app.^[1] Three days later it was released on YouTube.^[2]

Plot summary[]

Aboard the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon, a stowaway Porg jumps on top of Chewbacca's seat. The Wookiee roars in irritation and tasks BB-8 with capturing the stowaway. After several attempts, BB-8 manages to use his grappling cable to capture the stowaway avian. Chewbacca then takes the starship into hyperspace. The porg squeals in fright at first but then marvels at the sight of the hyperspace wormhole.
