Slade's Repairs was an establishment situated on the Spur Orbiting Market space station. The business dealt in repair of cybernetics and held a number of droids, including battle droids. After his cybernetics were damaged in a fight with an Arcona bounty hunter, the bounty hunter Beilert Valance visited Slade's Repairs to have them fixed. While he was there, he was attacked by hunters Zuckuss and 4-LOM. Valance managed to escape, but Zuckuss planted a tracker on him, intending to use the battle droids at Slade's Repairs to hunt him down.
