Sail barges were a class of large atmospheric transport. The Hutt crime lord Jabba Desilijic Tiure owned[3] a modified LO-KD57 sail barge,[5] the Khetanna, manufactured by Ubrikkian Industries,[1] which he used to travel to the Great Pit of Carkoon.[3]

The Warbird gang of pirates used a sail barge called the Galleon, built from the wrecks of various old vehicles from the Galactic Empire, as their headquarters.[4]
