Omereth was a water-based planet located in the Omereth system within the Outer Rim Territories, past Hutt Space. Practically uninhabited, it possessed a few archipelagos and had little to offer to most species in the galaxy besides fish.[1]
In 0 ABY, Luke Skywalker and Nakari Kelen flew Kelen's ship, Desert Jewel, to Omereth to deliver the Givin informant Drusil Bephorin to her husband and their children. There, they were ambushed by bounty hunters, who caused the ship to sink into the ocean and also killed Kelen before they were defeated.[1]
