Level Ten[2] was a level on the Galactic Senate Building.[1] In 2 BBY,[3] after Senator Mon Mothma made a speech recriminating the Galactic Empire and Palpatine, she exited the Senate floor from Level Ten, where she met Axis network operative Cassian Jeron Andor, who aided her in her escape from the Senate.[1]
