Feethan Ottraw Scalable Assemblies was a a design and starship manufacturing firm based in Pau City on the Mid Rim planet Utapau that produced the Belbullab-22 heavy starfighter, the heaviest starfighter used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems navy,[1] with a solid combination of firepower, durability and speed.[2]

Feethan Ottraw Scalable Assemblies was first mentioned in the Star Wars Legends reference book Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith Incredible Cross-Sections, which was written by Curtis Saxton and released in 2005. The company was confirmed to be canon by the reference book Ultimate Star Wars, which was released in 2015.
