Leads directly into the episode Call to Action with a cool cameo at the end #StarWarsRebels" (backup link) (screenshot) states that "Assessment" leads directly into the episode "Call to Action," meaning it takes place between "Vision of Hope" and "Call to Action." Star Wars: Galactic Atlas dates both of these episodes to 4 BBY, meaning that "Assessment" must also take place in 4 BBY.
