Actuarial science has given me the ability to work with numbers in many ways. Fortunately, this is one of the mayors that includes solving mathematical problems using algorithms. Additionally, I've been a self-taught developer for over 7 years. Throughout those years I did take several programming courses outside and inside of college. Currently, I'm working on developing my knowledge in data structures and hope to become a proficient actuary in conjunction with being a software developer. As I believe, the financial markets and industrial manufacturing are areas where quality software would be beneficial to everyone.
