I've created an Alexa-hosted skill in the Alexa Developer Console. I need to debug the Lambda operation. However, the log button redirects to a CloudWatch log-group that I don't seem to be permissioned for. Yes, it's the same user account. Yes, it's the same region.

This was just after I started, so it seems like this wouldn't be an obscure issue. However, there appears to be very few relevant search results.
I'd also like to be able to see the function within Lambda (the metrics, as well as being able to browse directly to the logs), but inasmuch as it seems to be hosted under an Alexa-specific account, it's not clear if this is even possible. Since I'd clicked on the CloudWatch button in the Alexa console, my context got switched to some Alexa-specific context. If I navigate over to the Lambda functions listing, I get a permissions issue:
