I have generated my solution with hazelcast support in jhipster, but when I run as spring boot app only my dev environment. I am getting following execption on the console.

Please help me to understand why I am getting this exception ?

You are getting NPE because ClusteredSessionService is not initialised. Right now, WebFilter used with session replication does not support initialisation with @ServletComponentScan, instead you should register your filter with SpringAwareWebFilter.
