The Russian Razbeg is a planned small military optical reconnaissance satellite, reportedly developed by NPP VNIIEM with the Belarusian company OAO Peleng providing the imager.
The imager has repordely a maximum ground resolution of 0.9 meters in panchromatic mode.
The Khayyam satellites built by NPP VNIIEM for Iran are likely versions of the Razbeg type.
