Pros: The contact was really good. Quick, and arranged video calls with sole purpose to understand my needs precisely. Labeling project went swiftly and I had no doubts about the quality of data I received.
I felt like they really cared to deliver best to my needs and no detail was omitted.

Cons: Maybe teams english was difficult to understand sometimes, but I don't think that matters.

Overall: Great people to work with, I was very surprised by the meticulousness of the team and how quickly they worked.

Pros: I have worked with People For AI on a complex computer vision project that required significant learning on unusual data with precise labeling.

They quickly set up a labeling tool that was well-suited to our use case, which helped us efficiently incorporate the annotation tasks into our training pipeline.

The labeling team asked many questions, showed a keen attention to detail, and considered edge cases thoroughly. They achieved impressive results after only a few days of training. It was also beneficial to have direct communication with the project manager in charge of production, allowing for immediate feedback and daily updates on progress.

For the second labeling task, which occurred 18 months later, I was pleased to discover that the same team was once again involved in the project.

Cons: There is nothing that comes to my mind regarding the cons of using the data annotation services provided by People for AI.

Overall: As a client, we greatly benefit from their long-term hired labelers, because they can keep the specific knowledge in the long run. We also appreciated their responsiveness and that they know hot to adapt to each client, from labeling behavior to contract.

Pros: We really liked the ethics of the company, as well as their long-term approach to work and their people. They were fast to respond to our queries, and were able to get work done rapidly to meet the demand of our own customers.
The people doing the labelling work were quick to respond to new feedback to improve the labelling being done. They were flexible to adapt to using our custom-designed tools.
They provided us with detailed information about the labelling work being done.

Cons: Some sort of integrated web-based platform to see work in progress would be nice, but this did not prevent People for AI from sharing information with us by other means (e.g. shared spreadsheets).

Overall: Great to work with a company with a long-term outlook for the people working there, and responsive/flexible to our evolving business needs

Pros: I'm Adrien Long, and as the Lead Data Scientist from Inflead, I really appreciated how professional the team was. They were carefully listening and applying our requirements regarding the labeling of our dataset. Finally, the quality / time rate was incredibly fast

Cons: I have no con about the partnership with People For AI, they absolutely handled our project of labeling.

Pros: People for AI delivered high-quality labels for a very good price. Their commitment to quality became evident when a minor misunderstanding on my part led to initial mislabels. Yet, the team corrected the labels swiftly, without additional charges.

An additional praiseworthy aspect is their commitment to ensuring fair working conditions for their labelers, setting them apart from other services.

Cons: None to be honest. If I have to give one, I would say that an improved customer interface would be a welcome upgrade; a single web interface for uploading data, tracking and validating labeling, and downloading the labels. But given their size, I laud them for focussing on their core business first before adding such features!

Overall: I highly recommend People for AI for its outstanding service, quality deliverables, and unmatched customer support. Their professionalism and dedication, combined with fair working conditions, make them my preferred choice for data labeling services.

Pros: People for AI has an experienced team that has surprised us more than once with its ability to adapt to the different tools (Kili and Labelbox) and types of annotations (Bbox and Segmentation) requested.
