Pangeanic

Pros: I liked tools which were provided from Pangeanic: Transcription and Subtitling, Voice Generation, Async Endpoints, Language Detector.

Tools were easy to use, API integration was very easy, their API documentation is very well written.

They support different languages as well as languages which has not many spokers such as: Catalan, Slovenian, Estonian languages, ...

Cons: We didn't have any problems with their integration. They are always prepared to help and combine their solution with your usage case.

Overall: Overall, Pangeanic is a very reliable, high-quality company with AI translation, transcription, subtitling, voice generation, language detection and other AI tools for anyone who needs API-based technology to integrate with their daily workflows.

Pros: Knowledge, speed, and service. Our situation was a bit unique, and they took the time to understand our use case and needs, and delivered exactly what we needed.

Cons: No cons in the transaction. I was very pleased with every aspect.

Pros: I have used the ECO Translate option from Pangeanic for my Thesis Summary translation into multiple languages and I found the translate option to be very accurate and coherent in the translation output in-line with the high professional level translation expectations. Their ECO chat option is also good, with straightforward responses, no unnecessary explanations and simple user interface

Cons: Would love to have detect-language feature as well

Overall: Pleasant experience, highly recommended to anyone valuing data privacy, dedicated and accurate translations and simple, easy-to-use interfaces

Pros: Since Pangeanic is a relatively small company, we can get good and quick support for both problems (for example if a language model is not performing as expected) and for customization. Because we work with a variety of clients, customization is very important when we bring AI translation into the mix, and the level of direct support we get from Pangeanic is extremely helpful; they want to make sure we have the right solution for our clients.

Cons: The web portal can be a little difficult to use, especially the more esoteric features. Thankfully we don't use them very much and so it's not a big problem.

Overall: Working with Pangeanic for us is more like a collaboration than a business transaction. As I mentioned, they are always willing and available to work to customize a solution or address a concern. And they provide regular translation services that are reasonably priced, fast and high quality. Bravo!

Pros: We have been using Pangeanic’s machine translation software through its API and the results have been excellent. The quality of the translations is consistently high, and the API integration is very smooth and reliable.

Cons: I honestly don’t have any real cons to mention, the only minor thing is that there are many advanced options available, so it can take a little time to explore everything the platform offers. That said, this flexibility is actually a benefit once you are familiar with it.

Cons: Nothing really, I still use their ECO platform for document translation
