    Pros: I must say the app delivers, what it promises. This app performed beyond my expectations. Its certain capabilities just won me over, especially its drip campaign, automation capabilities without coding, and link tracking. On top of it, the support team made our journey easier with the 360 SMS app.

    Cons: Nothing negative to report. Every capability is just WOW.

    Overall: The app helped to automate texts without investing much time. Also, we can track CTR of the URL sent in a text and plan our next step effectively. I must say, it's a powerful engagement metric to count on.
