Peter Jöback

Peter Jöback is a celebrated Swedish singer, actor and musical theatre performer, renowned for his work on both Broadway and the West End. He trained at Adolf Fredrik’s Music School in Stockholm and rose to national fame in the 1990s with his role in Kristina från Duvemåla by ABBA’s Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson. He went on to star in Miss Saigon in London and later made history as the first Swede to play the title role in The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway. His success in musical theatre is matched by a string of chart-topping solo albums that span pop, ballads and orchestral collaborations. Known for his distinctive voice and emotional depth, Peter brings a rare intimacy to both his live performances and recordings. His work is shaped by a blend of theatrical precision and personal storytelling, often exploring themes of love, identity and transformation. In recent years, he has spoken candidly about mental health and self-acceptance, adding further resonance to his music. His latest album, Atlas, marks a reflective new chapter in a career defined by versatility, vulnerability and artistic integrity.

Lloyd Glasspool

Lloyd Glasspool is a British professional tennis player and the current ATP World No. 1 in men’s doubles. Born in Redditch and based in Birmingham, he played collegiate tennis at the University of Texas, where he won the NCAA doubles championship in 2015. Since turning professional that same year, Lloyd has focused on doubles, steadily building a reputation for his strategic play and consistency on the ATP Tour. In 2025, he made history alongside partner Julian Cash as the first all-British men’s team in 89 years to win the Wimbledon men’s doubles title. Lloyd’s approach to tennis is defined by composure, precision and an intuitive understanding of the game. He plays right-handed with a two-handed backhand and stands at 6 ft 3 in, using his reach and court awareness to great effect. Now ranked British No. 1 in doubles, he continues to compete at the highest level while sharing his expertise with aspiring players.

Akmal Anuar

Akmal Anuar is a Singaporean chef and restaurateur whose culinary journey began at his family’s hawker stall and now spans a portfolio of acclaimed restaurants across the globe. Known for his bold vision and innovative spirit, he co-founded 3Fils in Dubai in 2006, followed by Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori, which earned a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide, and 11 Woodfire, awarded a Michelin star and a toque from Gault&Millau within its first year. His work reflects a distinctive balance of heritage and creativity, shaped by collaborations with renowned chefs including Dan Hunter, Luis Andoni Aduriz and Yasuhiro Sasajima. From introducing Harummanis, Dubai’s first dedicated Malay restaurant, to launching Funkcoolio, a playful take on Japanese-Italian Itameshi cuisine, Akmal continues to redefine the culinary landscape. Through White Rice Co., the hospitality group he co-founded with his wife Inez, he oversees more than ten restaurants across the UAE, Singapore, New York and Paris. His international ventures include Otoro in Abu Dhabi, 53 in New York, named Best Restaurant by The Infatuation, and a forthcoming opening in Paris. Honoured with the Berita Harian Achiever of the Year Award in 2024, Akmal remains a driving force in contemporary gastronomy, known for his ability to elevate tradition through innovation.

Ricky Saward

Ricky Saward is a German chef, entrepreneur and cookbook author. He is the head chef and co-owner at Frankfurt’s Seven Swans restaurant, which was named the world’s first Michelin-starred vegan restaurant in 2020. Ricky’s recognition stems from his unique, sustainable philosophy of vegetarian cuisine with regional, seasonal sourcing of ingredients based on the concepts of “farm to table” and “root to leaf”. After joining Seven Swans in 2018, the restaurant was awarded one Michelin star for its vegetarian cuisine, making Ricky one of just five Michelin-starred vegetarian chefs in the world. In mid-2019, Ricky switched his focus to plant-based cuisine utilising only home-grown or regionally sourced ingredients. The same year, his sustainable philosophy was awarded the world’s first Michelin Guide Sustainability Award. In 2020, he was again awarded one Michelin star, in addition to a green star, and became the world’s first Michelin-starred vegan chef. Today, he remains Germany’s only Michelin-starred chef producing purely plant-based cuisine.

Petr Horálek

Born in 1986 in the Czech Republic, Petr studied astrophysics at Masaryk University Brno and at Silesian University in Opava, Czech Republic. He is an astronomer and astrophotographer. His images were featured more than 30 times by NASA as Astronomy Picture of the Day, as astrophotographer and science outreach worker he cooperates with NOIRLab, National Geographics’ TWAN (The World At Night), European Southern Observatory, and many more. An asteroid 6822 orbiting between Mars and Jupiter is named after him. He travels the world to capture and show the immersive beauty of the starry sky and unique or rare sky phenomena. A long route brought him also to Soneva Fushi in 2019, where he experienced a beautiful night sky and took many photographs of it. Petr specializes in the outreach of modern astronomy with his talks to the public and in photographing the night sky phenomena to show what amazing Universe around us can be even seen by naked eyes all around the world, including the Maldives.

Ming-fai Choi is a Michelin-starred chef from Hong Kong, best known for his refined, contemporary approach to Chinese cuisine.  As the former Head Chef of Mora, Fai led the restaurant to earn both its first Michelin star and Michelin Green Star, achievements that reflect his dedication to sustainability and craftsmanship. Named the MICHELIN Young Chef 2024 recipient, Fai is recognised for presenting local flavours with modern techniques, creating dishes that celebrate seasonality and transform humble local ingredients into elegant, expressive creations. Rooted in a deep respect for nature, Fai’s cuisine explores the cultural identity of Hong Kong while blending East and West. Through his work, he continues to shape a modern interpretation of Hong Kong’s culinary voice on the global stage.
