(Po)morsko je dobro is a project dedicated to raising awareness and reviving traditional techniques and recipes for fish preparation, thereby underscoring the significance and health benefits of Mediterranean cuisine. By adapting time-honored fish dishes to contemporary lifestyles, this initiative promotes the consumption of local fishery products and preserves the cultural heritage associated with fishing and traditional fish recipes.
The project not only highlights the culinary value of marine resources but also contributes to sustainable development by encouraging the use of locally sourced ingredients. Through educational activities and community engagement, (Po)morsko je dobro strengthens the connection between modern consumers and the rich legacy of Mediterranean gastronomy, ensuring that these valuable traditions are passed on to future generations while supporting local economies and advocating for healthy, balanced nutrition.
