Event Dubrovnik Royal Gourmet will take place from February 4 to 7, 2025 in the inspiring surroundings of Dubrovnik.

Through four days, Dubrovnik will become the epicenter of gourmet excellence, providing a unique opportunity for sharing knowledge and improving skills. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in the competitions of: hospitality and tourism schools, waiters and chef’s tables, chefs, pizza masters, bartenders and baristas. In addition to the competition, participants can take part in workshops, master classes and tastings, and connect with colleagues from the hospitality and tourism industries.
