Hi, I'm learning mathematical induction, so I might have gotten something wrong, but the end of your proof doesn't seem to make sense. I'm not really experienced with this yet, so I won't comment on the things that don't make sense to me. However, the last line is clearly wrong:
So 2(n0+1) + 2n0(n0+1)= 2(n0+1)(n0 + 2)
Say n0 was 4, then this would be saying 2 * 5 + 8 * 5 = 2 * 5 * 6 or 50 = 60 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.219.178.223 (talk • contribs)
