Deal: Pulled pork and braised beef sandwiches for $5. Vegetarian won’t feel left out with hush puppies, cornbread with honey butter, fries and cheddar grits. Beer, whiskey, cocktails, you name it, also discounted.

Blueacre Seafood

Deal: Interesting food offerings, such as a kimchi jar, sliders (bulgogi, spicy pork), oysters and stuffed yuba. Nothing over $6. Hella drink choices: beer, wine, cocktails that top out at $5.

Crow

Metropolitan Grill

Deal: The downtown steakhouse refers to this happy hour as “Seattle’s Best,” for killer deals, like 3 French dip sandwiches for $4 and The Works burger for $7. Cocktails, beer and wine specials abound.

Mistral Kitchen

Deal: The menu isn’t dumbed down. The bites tend to be small, but they’re good and an accurate sample of the full menu. The wine and cocktails are also a swell deal.

Ravish

The Baranof

The Saint

Deal: Happy hour cocktails are $8.50 and you simply can’t beat the enormo food menu: it’s huge! Only drawback is that the crowds can form rather quickly so you have to get there early for a seat.

Umi Sake House

Deal: The menu is almost overwhelming, but the food is consistently good. Lots of rolls and small plates. Even if you can’t remember when happy hour is, you’ll probably stumble into it; it’s offered quite frequently.
