Baghlan (Persie/Pashto: بغلان Baġlān) is ane o the thirty-fower provinces o Afghanistan. It is in the north o the country. Its caipital is Puli Khumri, but its name comes frae the ither major toun in the province, Baghlan. The ruins o a Zoroastrian fire temple, the Surkh Kotal, are locatit in Baghlan.
