Location: Hybrid (Mostly Remote, Office at the MCG)
Hours: 24 hours per week | Flexible | Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM

The Sport Australia Hall of Fame (SAHOF) is celebrating its 40th Anniversary and looking for a dynamic Social Media & Design Coordinator to elevate our digital presence and bring our brand to life. If you’re passionate about sport, storytelling, and digital creativity, this is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects, including:

• The SAHOF Scholarship & Mentoring Program
• The 40th Anniversary Gala Dinner at Crown (November 2025)
• Heroes and Legends TV Program (produced with Jam TV)

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management: Research, write, edit, and publish engaging content for social media, eDMs, and our website.
• Creative Design: Strong Canva skills required ( this is a must!!) —design high-quality visuals and graphics to enhance SAHOF’s brand.
• Multimedia Production: Capture and edit images and videos for compelling digital storytelling.
• Copywriting: Write engaging blogs, email campaigns, and social media copy.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and interact with SAHOF’s online community.
• Website Maintenance: Keep website content fresh and up to date.
• Marketing Collateral: Support the creation of print and digital materials.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives.

About You:

✔ You have a love and deep knowledge of sport.
✔ You’re a creative and strategic thinker with strong digital marketing skills.
✔ You thrive in a hybrid/remote environment and can work both independently and collaboratively.
✔ You’re based in Melbourne and excited to be part of a high-profile sporting organisation.
