Caroline Hatchett

Caroline Hatchett is a New York food and drinks writer, whose work centers on the restaurant industry and the people who make it run. She’s a graduate of the University of Georgia and has a swanky certificate from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Caroline worked as a prep and line cook in college and was fired from her last restaurant serving job in 2005. Thankfully, she found more success in media at Zagat, Wax Communications, and most recently StarChefs, for which she was editor and programming director for eight years. She's the host of the Cream of Caroline podcast.
