Location Maps

In line with its information management mandate under General Assembly resolution 46/182, OCHA produces and maintains location maps to ensure preparedness for emergency reporting and to provide the humanitarian community with reliable, standardized geographic information.

These maps highlight a country, its capital, and surrounding regions, and are designed for use by OCHA and humanitarian partners in documents, presentations, websites, and other materials when referencing locations of interest.

For feedback or questions please contact ochavisual@un.org.

The designations employed and the presentation of material on this map do not imply the expression of any opinion whatsoever on the part of the Secretariat of the United Nations concerning the legal status of any country, territory, city or area or of its authorities, or concerning the delimitation of its frontiers or boundaries.

Want to use these maps in a report or on your website? Please see the map permission page first.
