I had the free version, and wanted to upgrade and bought the Pro. But there is no smart way to move from free to pro. It might as well be two entirely different themes. The structure and organization of the customizing menu isn't even close to the same, so even if you try to do a side-by-side recreation of your previous setup, you can't.

This was money down the drain ... and if this is their level of CX, then I highly recommend finding someone who actually wants to make upgrading a positive experience.

I am using Digital Download Pro since almost 2 years to sell digital goods. Very impressed by the theme and its customizations ! There are some predefined pages , which help very well. Easy to use . It does the job. Support is behind you. Got a problem, not with the theme itself, but with another plugin i use with the theme, and i have got an excellent support , and problem solved. Appreciated! This is a BEAUTIFUL template and so customizable. I will definitely use it for years to come. The customer service I receive from this company is top notch. Their help is always quick and kind. They also have youtube videos to walk you through how to customize the template if it is yoir first time having a blog or editing a template. Thanks for such a great product!

I’ve tried to contact the Rara support team several times, but I haven’t received any response to my questions. It’s been quite frustrating not to get any assistance or follow-up regarding my issue.

I am a very happy customer who has enjoyed the privilege of obtaining all here mentioned Themes at once after first paying for a few separate themes.
I was offered a combined pricing to adjust my usage and now offer these themes to my own customers. I am very happy with the quick response and adequate solution here. Would recommend, definitely!
