Our tasting menu features seasonal ingredients. Each dish is inspired by Guatemalan flavors, crafted with diverse techniques and meticulous attention to detail.
To elevate your experience, we proudly offer our house-made artisanal mead, Doncella Hidromiel — a unique creation crafted by us in small batches. This traditional honey-based drink is brewed with local ingredients and designed to pair beautifully with every stage of the menu. Please note: we do not offer à la carte options. |
