TrustQuay was a well-established provider of software solutions for the trust and corporate services industry. Its flagship product, TrustQuay Online, was a comprehensive platform for entity management and workflow automation. Following the formation of Quantios through a significant merger, TrustQuay Online has evolved and is now known as Quantios Core. Quantios Core represents the next generation of this powerful platform, incorporating the strengths of TrustQuay Online with further innovations and integrations to provide an even more robust and comprehensive solution for TCSPs.
Quantios was formed through the strategic consolidation of several leading businesses in the trust, corporate services, and legal tech sectors, backed by Hg Capital. These included:
- Microgen: A provider of software solutions for trust and corporate service providers, known for its 5Series platform, a comprehensive solution for trust and fund administration.
- Viewpoint: Another established player in the TCSP software market, offering vPoint, a solution focused on trust, fund, and company administration.
- Touchstone: A technology services provider that had been working with some of the merging entities.
- TrustQuay: Known for NavOne and its TrustQuay Online platform, now Quantios Core, offering entity management and workflow automation.
Furthermore, in 2024, Klea (klealegal.com), a legal entity management software provider, became a Quantios solution, further strengthening our offering in this critical area. Our combined strengths allow Quantios to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions, including eFileConnect (focused on regulatory filing), Portal (for enhanced digital client servicing) and the evolved Quantios Core, alongside the innovative capabilities of Klea Legal.
