C1 Support for office software in the previous year – mainly own employees (incl. those employed in parent or affiliate enterprises)

E.g. word processors, spreadsheets, etc.

D1 Development of business management software/systems in the previous year – mainly own employees (incl. those employed in parent or affiliate enterprises)

E.g. ERP - Enterprise Resource planning used to manage resources by sharing information among different functional areas such as accounting, planning, production, marketing; CRM software application for managing information about customers; Human Resources information management,
databases.
