Data are territorially classsified according to The Classification of Territorial Units for Statistics – NUTS, (description and explanations), level NUTS 3. Data on changes of individual statistical regions are available at the link.

Number of graduates per 1,000 population

Population reference date is 1.1. of the next year. Data is different from the data published in a previous year due to a different population reference date.
