TYPE OF SERVICE

Use of public services in the last 12 months

The services included are those provided by administrative offices, local offices or municipalities, healthcare, social work centres, employment services, the police, etc. The use of services is considered regardless of whether it occurred in person, by phone, email or online.

Contact with a person from an educational institution in the last 12 months

Contact included with a person working at an educational institution, e.g. school, college, university (teacher, professor, mentor, etc.), either as a pupil/student or as a parent/guardian of a pupil/student.

Services in public places in the last 12 months

Public places such as in a store, café, restaurant, sports and leisure facilities.

Renting/purchasing a dwelling or house in the last 5 years

The purchase or rental of a dwelling, as well as house construction, is included.
