- Methodological explanations
PERSISTENT AT-RISK-OF-POVERTY RATE is the percentage of persons who were below the at-risk-of-poverty threshold in the current year and at least two out of the preceding three years.

The data published for the last year are provisional, while the data for all previous years are final. The data published for the last year become final with the publishing of the data for the next year.
