The PUC is moving forward with its Proposed Equity Initiatives Rulemaking (Proceeding No. 25R-0468ALL). The proceeding aims to integrate equity more deeply into Commission processes and decision-making, ensuring that utility services and programs are accessible and fair for all Coloradans.
