Velda (@supernovia) – WordPress user profile

Bio

Contributing to WordPress.org through Five for the Future, with a focus on community support, education, and the occasional trek through new ideas.

Interests

Open source, community, design, exploring new trails and ideas, and making the most of life with my senior rescue dog.

WordPress Origin Story

I first met WordPress while working at a hosting company, and my local open source user group nudged me toward WordCamp in 2008. I’ve been hooked ever since: the software drew me in, but the community made me stay.
