WordPress Origin Story

I first created my website on WordPress.com in 2018 to give visibility to my project Potencial de Nicaragua “Redes para el Desarrollo Familiar Sostenible”, which was competing at TIC Americas for seed funding. At that time, I needed a digital presence to introduce the vision and position the initiative beyond local boundaries. WordPress became the window that allowed my idea to be seen.

Two years ago, I decided to fully step into online entrepreneurship and launch my consulting business. I wanted a more dynamic website, one that could offer digital services. That’s when I began exploring WordPress.org.

At the beginning, I carried many limiting beliefs about my technical abilities. I questioned whether I was “technical enough” to build what I envisioned. But step by step, I learned, experimented, and built confidence.

Today, I am developing Manglar Centers and ALIVIO hub, two platforms designed to empower human potential for emotional development and sustainability. WordPress has not only supported the technical side of these projects; it has supported my own transformation, from doubt to structure and from vision to scalable impact.
